These terms are non-negotiable.
Milano Hair Extensions will not tolerate any form of harassment.
Spreading false information about our business. (Milano Hair Extensions) We take great pride in our products and services and will not tolerate any form of harassment or false claims that could damage our reputation. Found to be engaging in such behavior. We value our reputation and the trust of our customers, and we will take all necessary steps to protect our brand from any false or defamatory statements. We are committed to providing high-quality hair extensions, products, services, and excellent customer service, and we will take all necessary legal measures to protect our business from any malicious or untrue reviews. This includes all social platforms and all search engines (google etc…) We encourage anyone with genuine concerns or feedback to reach out to us directly so that we can address any issues and maintain the integrity of our brand.

(1) Do We Have an Exchange/ Return Policy?
We are pleased to accommodate exchanges & returns within (30) days of starting day of delivery. This policy is for all hair extensions, and products on website & in store stock regular tapes, invisible tapes wefts, fusions. I-tip-tip, clip ins wigs, toppers, Removers. Tape tabs(non-refundable) final sale They must not open or removed from the original packaging, tampered with, packaging ripped, bent, reattached, hair used, brushed colored, cut. Removed for color matching, all sales are final this is non –negotiable , the hair packages and products have a safety seal if this is removed, peeled in anyway, removed and attempted to reattach, any tampering with, If the hair or products are returned knowingly tampered with it becomes property of Milano Hair Extensions no exchange or refund will be issued.  It is 100% non -negotiable non-refundable, sales are FINAL SALE.

(2) All offers on The Website and in store are subject to stock availability, and Milano Hair Extensions reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time. If any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 (seven) days after delivery. Our store (physical location) accepts all returns within 7(seven) days of original packaging; However, our policies apply as per website. You must contact us Milano Hair Extensions prior to making arrangements.  In the case of incorrect orders, we strongly recommend purchasing our color ring.  The products shall be returned to us for exchange, and we shall deliver the correct order at our own cost. Milano Hair Extensions  have the right to refuse your return & exchange items after 30 days from the purchased date. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
(2-A) All returned goods must be in saleable condition, and the hair products must not have been used or handled, example; packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed, etc., for health and hygiene reasons. Hair returned for exchange must not have been removed from the cardboard for hygiene purposes. Or tampered with in any way nonrefundable policies will apply Return orders after 30 days will not be accepted in all cases.
(2-B) Online Pricing Important note**
Online/in-store price may be subject to change without notice as we quote all prices by hair productions cost. Our online store is retail pricing.

(3) Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. and only in case the product has not been opened, used, or handled, and a replacement cannot be provided (product discontinued or out of stock). Your full refund will reverse to the same tender as your purchased transactions after full inspections when items arrive at our facility. Our policy accepts up to (30) days in full refund on unopened packages. Exceeding (60) days from the purchased date is not eligible for refund/exchange there are no store credits. All shipping fees are non-refundable, and we strongly advise that you review our terms and conditions before your complete checkout agreement. Your return mailing fee may compensate if errors are ours.

(3-A) The products returned to us, become our property. We shall not be liable for any damages, costs, losses (including without limitation pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, interruptions to business, depletion of goodwill or reputation, and/or loss of commission), claims or liabilities, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, incurred by you due to our inability to replace the products. We want you to be happy with your purchase and should for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product please notify us immediately and return the product to us for exchange in its original packaging. Open used hair extensions or products are non-refundable. No refund or credit will be issued.

(4) How Do I Know If the Shade is a Good Match?
We understand that it can be hard determining your ideal color match from your computer/smart phone or tablet we recommend making a correct color match to purchase or custom color swatch ring, (please note swatch hair is for color matching only hair does not reflect quality of our hair) Packages do not have to be opened to see the color!

(5) Can I Get Help Finding a Better Match?
We’re happy to help you find a better match, please email me with the following photos. A photo of your hair in natural light where we can see it fully.

(6) Can I exchange my extensions for a different color & length, & style?
Exchanges on hair extensions can be of the same value depending on the color category, if you choose a different shade length difference must be paid in full before your exchange order is sent out. Must not be opened, seal must not be tampered with or removed. Meaning  They must not open or removed from the original packaging, tampered with, packaging ripped, bent, reattached, hair used, brushed colored, cut. (6A) Open cases for ALL matters will be open for 14 business days. Once confirmation is given and agreed on by both parties, items must be returned within 10 business days. This will allow extra time for you to return your item.

(7) Can I Return Accessories, Tools, Tape Tabs, Removers Color ring Swatches?
For health and hygiene reasons all Sales Are Final!! On These Items Thank you for understanding!

(8) WHAT IS THE REFUND PERIOD?
We will provide a refund on unopened hair extensions within 1-7 business days. of the date that we receive your hair extensions.

(9) WHY ARE MILANO HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF COLORED, TONED?
Coloring/toning hair extensions will decrease the lifespan and the quality of the hair. An interacting chemical will be your responsibility for the outcome. We are not alone – other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of items for the same reasons.

(10A) PAYMENT CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTED
Milano Hair Extensions are not currently accepting PayPal. Due to the high amount if FRAUD and claims of parcels being delivered and not received & claims of card payment not authorized. We are currently reviewing this as a future option.

(11) WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT SHOW ON MY STATEMENT?
Most financial institutions will take an average of 2-3 business days to process the refund. However, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider, e-money transfers, refunds are issued in the same payment method issued.

(12) FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE/HAIR EXTENSIONS!
No exchanges or returns on final sale including custom orders are also FINAL sales. ALL products, accessories are all FINAL SALE

(13) RESTOCKING FEES FOR RETURN ITEMS
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to RETURN MERCHANDISE.

(14) NO RETURN/REFUND ON INCORRECT HAIR INSTALLATION/HAIR CARE
Milano Hair Extensions is not responsible for the way in which you use any product you purchase from us. We do not accept responsibility if any hair is installed or cared for incorrectly. These include damage due to color treatments, cutting, improperly installed, Milano Hair Extensions recommend A trained licensed professional do installations. Milano Hair Extensions assumes no liability for a person persons or company who misuse or tamper or color perm or affect the integrity of the hair extensions or products. any other purpose or if any products damage your hair. Milano Hair Extensions highly recommends you use professional hair products on your hair extensions. Products must meet the FDA.

(14A) And cosmetic Regulations. Support the hair industry!!!! Support your local salons. Milano Hair Extensions is not responsible for the costs or methods you choose to install and care for your new products. Types of extensions should be fully instructed from your stylists, license instructor in your profession, and recommendation should be based on your quality of life, hair texture, and what is the most suitable for you.

(15) Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as it governs the relationship between you and us and limits our liability to you when you purchase products from us. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and your’ are to you as an individual. (15-A) All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery time and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays.  Milano Hair Extensions are entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you.

15-B) No order you place shall be deemed to be accepted by us until we have received payment from you and issued confirmation of the order. You must ensure that the terms of your order, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate. We shall ensure that all orders are met within the time period estimated. Packages are dispatched ONCE PAYMENT confirmation has been accepted and deposited,
(15-C) We shall not be held responsible for any delays encountered by the delivery courier or should you not be at home to receive your order nor collect from the courier within the designated timescale.

We shall not be held responsible. If your delivery requires a signature, and you miss the delivery, the parcel will be returned to the courier or Canada Post retail store nearest to your location.

(16) Signature Required for All Delivery Orders
DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF THEFTS TILL FURTHER NOTICE ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, when parcel had successfully delivered as shown on your tracking number.  Once an order has been placed by you and accepted by us, you have 1 hour to contact us to make a cancellation. Please contact us directly. Email cancellations are not accepted; if your order has been sent out & you want to cancel the order, you must wait for your order and ship it back. With tracking number provided to Milano Hiar Extensions and provide confirmation you have sent out the items stated on the invoice. Upon returning package back to Milano Hair Extensions if your return package is lost damaged stolen Milano Hair Extensions will not be liable to replace or refund no refund will be issued or store credit this includes our physical store or online. You must contact the courier company and make a claim.

(16-A) Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address contained in your order. Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to, your order will be held by courier or Canada post. And will be released with signature only. (16-B) An example where the non-eligible address may be affected: You requested the item to the shipping address which is not on the billing address on the “Transaction Details” page. If the item ship to different address (for example, you send to another address on the basis that it is a “work address” please contact me directly to make arrangements

(16-C) During the transit there. package went missing/lost/stolen or damaged, the case will be closed. Contact the courier and make a lost parcel claim. No refund will be issued for lost orders. Or replacement of your order or store credit Any dates or times specified by us for delivery of the products are intended to be estimated only and time of delivery shall not be of the essence and shall not be made of the essence by notice.

(16-D) Please note: If your order has been placed before our closing time and the package cannot leave the facility the same day due to weather conditions.  Milano Hair Extensions will be delayed one business day. We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions.

(16-E) All colors are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor. We do not guarantee the availability of any item. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on The Website but are subject to alteration.

(18) If for any reason your customer refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivers fee to another address nominated by you.

(19) Milano Hair Extensions will not be responsible in any way for how the buyer uses or treats hair extensions or any other product. This includes incorrect application, damage from perming, dying, cutting and removal. Recommendation: All Tape/Weft/Fusion hair extensions are required to use Milano Hair Extensions Unique Hair tools/hair care products designed to safe, secure removal/install the extensions for fast and easy.

(20) Lost Order:
Before contacting Milano Hair Extensions to report a lost order or late delivery
 please follow this step below:
(1) Have you checked on the status of your order with the chosen courier Tracking system/number?
(2) Has it been over 48 hours since your order dispatched (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale
(3) Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you?
(4) Was there an attempted delivery made to the address and there was no one to sign for the package.
(5) (The customer is responsible to contact the courier and scheduling a re- delivery)
(6) The customer who ordered must be the one to reschedule the delivery or pick up with their courier
(7) If the customer sends other, then the card holder receives their order, and the package is stolen, lost or damaged. There will be no refund or exchange or replacement of your order, please direct your claim to the courier and file a claim. This is non negatable, and the matter will close.

(21) Cancellations
If orders have been processed or dispatched, your order cannot be canceled. Cancellations can only be changed while in the processing stage and contact us within one hr. before dispatched.

(22) What Shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We ship with Canada Post, DHL, Fed Ex
Locally and in the GTA We also will make arrangements for pick-up or drop off.
We automatically choose the most efficient delivery for your shipping address or give you the option to choose your courier choose.

(23) When will I Receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 business days. These are simply estimating and not guaranteed. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for processing your order before shipment. Quebec & Ontario 1 to 3 days. Manitoba & Saskatchewan 2 to 5 days. Alberta British Columbia 2 to 6 days. Please note that we will do our best to get your order out. This is a rough estimate.

(26-A) You must select your shipment options when completing checkout.  As we promised to have your order dispatched on the same business days, cut off time at 2 p.m. ET. The package may/may not arrive on time accordingly due to weather conditions, missed transit, or transit delay. Package out of Milano Hair Extensions facility has no control over our contract courier. We will try our best to ensure your packages arrive on time. For all tools/accessories ordered/attached, the package may not arrive overnight and may cause a delay due to changed courier. Due to air regulation, it may have to take ground shipment which takes 1-2 business days delay.

(26-B) Customers with PO Boxes are not accepted.

(27) CAN MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES BE DIFFERENT?

Return labels with Canada Post!
(30-A) Items must be returned with a tracking number Milano Hair Extensions. will not refund or exchange without a tracking number. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back in saleable condition. If the items are damaged, lost or stolen in transition to our office Milano Hair Extensions will not be liable, to refund or exchanges or replace your returned package items. Will not be issued. You will need to contact the shipper you used. And proceed with a lost or damaged claim. This applies for all couriers.

(31) Waiver
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are following the laws of the Province of Ontario and are exclusive of its choice of law rules. The courts in Ontario have the sole jurisdiction and venue of any legal proceedings.
(31-A) If a court of law holds any of these provisions, or another tribunal with competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, these provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. If you breach any provision of these terms and conditions or the terms of use of the website and we ignore this, we shall still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach any provision of these terms and conditions.

(32) TERMINATION.
In addition to may have, Milano Hair Extensions may terminate accounts with immediate effect upon written notice to Buyer, if Buyer: (I) fails to pay any amount/invoice when due under the invoice pre-order Agreement, threatens and/or verbal abuse with any of our team members. Violation of our terms and conditions. (ii) has not otherwise performed or complied with any of these Terms, in whole or in part; or (iii) becomes insolvent of scams or fraudulent.
